Poornima Parameswaran Batish  is an HR & Diversity leader with an experience of 22+years. She has worked with diverse industries & companies like Airtel, IBM and Godrej.  In her last corporate assignment, she was Talent Director with IBM India/ SA. She works in the space of Diversity & Inclusion. Her work in the areas of Prevention of Sexual Harassment include education & awareness sessions of the Act, ICC formation & their education, sensitisation sessions for employees, managers & leaders. She is an external ICC member  for corporates and has worked with clients like Deptt of Atomic Energy, Four Seasons, Mahindra group, Varian among others. Poornima was part of the CII-IWN Maharashtra committee for 2018-19. She has done her Masters in Personnel Management from SIBM, Pune and BA(H) Economics from Lady Shri Ram College.
