- Maintaining regular interaction with the business team and assisting them with the necessary information required by them on the Family Trust on regular basis;
- Co-ordination with the Relationship Managers / Service Team / Families / Legal Team for the formation of the Family Trust.
- Review and finalization of books of accounts of Family Trusts;
- Assistance in getting the books audited;
- Review of tax computation, preparation of Income Tax returns and filing the same on Income Tax portal;
- Timely follow up on the debit notes from the service providers and ensuring TDS paid on monthly Invoices;
- Review of TDS and GST returns and ensure timely filing;
- Co-ordination with the service providers to rectify the TDS returns submitted in case of discrepancies;
- Assistance on Income Tax Assessments and Scrutiny;
- Understanding FATCA, CRS compliance and ensure necessary filing is done on or before the due date;
- Understanding the Trusteeship Fee structure and ensure accurate calculation.
