The role is as follows-
|· Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities.
· Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned targets.
· Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.
· Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles. and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
· Monitor and review broker’s performance and help them in achieving maximum business.
· Manage & lead a frontline team – coach and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
· Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
