JOB SUMMARY

The is responsible for the transition, stabilization and onward stability of the finance shared service activities of OTC, PTP and master data carried out at our Bangalore office. This role will be responsible for coordinating and reporting on SLA performance, cost effectiveness of process and center, managing relationships with key stakeholders including leadership team of the organization and leading the strategic and operational direction of the service center.

The incumbent will be primary owner of Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end process, with the overall goal of delivering OTC services while ensuring quality and directly managing the OTC and Master data team. As an OTC leader incumbent plays a critical role in building the capability and standards of the SSC OTC function and will support its development and sustainability by ensuring service delivery excellence. The PTP manager will report into this role, and will be responsible for the overall SLA performance, quality and cost effectiveness of the team. This position will report to our Global Financial Transformation Leader based in Europe.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible for the transition, stabilization and onward stability of the finance shared service activities of OTC, PTP and master data carried out at our Bangalore office, including reporting on and ensuring SLA’s and performance metrics are met or exceeded.

 Responsible for OTC process and departmental functions such as customer and vendor master maintenance, Credit administration, cash application processes, AR related management reporting, ledger reconciliations, tax compliance & corresponding internal controls and supporting collection activities.

 Implementing and preparing strategy on day to day basis to achieve monthly targets, clearing over dues, if any and expediting the billing process with minimum disruption

 Establishing and adequate control environment and optimizing the efficiency of OTC process with focus to deliver improvement in working capital of the company

 Offer operational support and assistance to OTC team to ensure smooth and timely sub ledger close.

 Responsible for the overall performance of the team, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs.

 Develop and publish weekly / monthly / quarterly key performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and executive management

 Reviewing and analyzing current procedures in order to recommend and implement changes to standardize activities and integrate into shared services.

 Identify clear objectives for the team, providing coaching, career development and feedback to team members, providing performance evaluation and reward.

 Support and backfill for the OTC transactional team members to cover peak periods and staff cover

 Manage relationship with US collection agency

 Accounts Payable Manager role reports to this position, Accounts Payable Manager responsible for setting goals, objectives and completing 1:1 reviews with them to ensure that PTP performance meets SLA’s and key stakeholder expectations.

 Identify and work closely with IT team and main stake holders for process improvements.
