Area Manager – Broker Channel


Development of channel partner network.

Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities.

Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned targets.

Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.

Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.

Monitor and review broker’s performance and help them in achieving maximum business.

Manage & lead a frontline team – coach and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.

Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
