ANALYST- HCM

Job Summary
This position will be based at our Bangalore office and part of our global IT team. Incumbent will report to the Corporate Applications global leader. Incumbent should manage work within IT and across multiple functional departments for human capital management applications (SuccessFactors, Concur, Interfaces, Time and Attendance) on a daily basis. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert regarding system concepts, best practices and procedures across all data and applications in accordance with IT processes.
 Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation and support of SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Concur, and Key interfaces.
Perform as ‘module expert’ and provide support for Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Payroll, Workforce Software, Boomi, and Cloud Platform Integration
Provide HCM support to Business Units, HR Shared Service Centers, and Center of Excellence
Business systems project management and team participation
Troubleshoot SAP and business process issues reported by operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Multi-task and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Attention to detail and capable of maintain high level of accuracy
Ability to understand, validate and rationalize business needs within the human resource environment
Knowledge of SuccessFactors data and organization structures
Configuration and support for specific SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, etc.)
Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors and other mainstream SAP modules (SAP FI, SAP HR, etc.)
Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors and other mainstream SAP modules (SAP FI, SAP HR, etc.)
Knowledge of Boomi and SAP Cloud Platform integration
Knowledge of ORD Reporting and Integration Center
Strong functional background in HR processes
Excellent Analytical Skills
Available and able to travel for short term overseas assignments
Positive attitude and team player
Mandatory Education and Experience
8+ years of global experience supporting and managing global HCM applications and business processes
B.E/B.Tech/Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science) in full time course from recognized university and Institute.
